JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking a human capital analyst to support HR's strategic vision, as well as the broader organization's objectives, through the deployment of trusted, accurate, and accessible HR data solutions. This role will provide commonly requested HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and internal mobility statistics via interactive dashboards, shifting from point-in-time static reports to proactive data storytelling and data literacy support. An emphasis on developing collaborative and data-driven partnerships between HR and business leaders is desired.
Job Profile Summary
The Human Capital Analyst III is a key role reporting to the HR Digital Transformation Manager. This position focuses on:
HR Reporting, Analytics, & BI Dashboards: Develop a variety of data tools, including BI dashboards, exploratory analyses and standard reporting, to support data-driven decisions and maintain strong data governance
HR Data Consultative Partnership: Act as a consultant by advising leadership on data-driven decisions that align with organizational objectives and partnering with HRIS to ensure ongoing data integrity.
HR Compliance Reporting: Prepare and deliver all required workforce compliance reporting, including Affirmative Action, EEO-1, and VETS 4212, maintaining a strong partnership with legal.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced analytics models to deliver insights into HR operations and workforce trends.

Develop complex dashboards and compelling data visualizations for a variety of HR data sources using tools like Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, and Workday.

Establish scalable ETL processes for preparing and transforming data from diverse systems for utilization in business intelligence solutions and automated reporting.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR analytics function, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization to enhance processes and tools.

Coordinate with HRIS and HRIT teams to maintain robust data governance processes, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on data modeling, visualization techniques, and professional development.

Act as a strategic consultant by providing leaders with actionable data insights that align with broader organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce transformation initiatives and organizational change projects by delivering impactful data analysis.

Present strategic recommendations and advanced analytics findings to senior leadership, providing clear insights and actionable implications for decision-making and workforce planning.

Lead the development of metrics and presentations for semi-annual board meetings, showcasing HR's strategic accomplishments and organizational impact.

Deliver compliance reports, including Affirmative Action, EEO-1, and VETS 4212, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ·

Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local workforce reporting and data privacy laws, and proactively address potential risks. Contribute to organization-wide reporting efforts, including providing data for the 10-K, annual proxy statement, Corporate Sustainability Report (CSR), Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), annual ESG report, Internal Audit requests, and budget and financial planning efforts.
Education

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience

5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, enterprise data strategy or a related field.

Significant experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and managing data pipelines for use in commonly used business intelligence tools.

Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives, designing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of: advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

Knowledge of: relational database design, scalable ETL processes, and advanced data modeling techniques.

Knowledge of: data governance, compliance regulations, and HR data security best practices.
