HSEQ Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Overall technical responsibility for HSE and quality work in the organization.

• Responsible for ensuring that quality procedures and processes are implemented and complied with. 

• Responsible for ensuring that the company's HSE and quality systems meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and for maintaining and developing the company's HSE and quality systems.

• Be the driving force behind ensuring that HSEQ always complies with applicable laws, internal policies and the company's code of conduct, and is the company's expert on HSEQ-related issues.

• Responsibility for planning and conducting the company's internal and external audits. This includes statutory audits and audits related to our customers and suppliers.

• Supporting the organization in HSEQ issues to ensure safe operations with quality in all processes.

• Reporting of key figures related to HSE, quality and sustainability both internally and externally. Follow up the development of results and any deviation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from quality and HSE work in industry (preferably mechanical), production or similar

• Higher education in quality, HSE, engineering or other relevant field.

• Knowledge of legislation, regulations, HSE requirements and knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 900 and ISO 14001.

• Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.

• Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• You have a strong commitment to HSE, quality, sustainability and continuous improvement.

• You have the ability to execute, are service-minded and solution-focused.

• You work methodically and systematically and are good at planning and prioritizing.
