Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

For our plants in Abrera and Manlleu, we are seeking an HSE Specialist. Reporting to the Plant Director and HSE Iberia, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating prevention efforts across all company plants

• Setting annual objectives and monitoring actions resulting from preventive management, applying continuous improvements

• Establishing procedures to prevent emergencies or minimize their consequences

• Monitoring staff attitudes towards prevention with the help of Prevention Delegates and competent technicians

• Staying updated on regulatory changes related to prevention, and applying, reviewing, modifying, or incorporating these changes into company procedures to avoid potential damage and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

• Advising various departments on prevention disciplines and informing new staff about risks and impacts of negligent or disinterested actions, providing specific training on prevention issues

• Conducting workplace risk assessments and audits, and attending to auditors and inspectors

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Expert in Spanish legislation with specific courses on occupational risk and safety reference

• Engineering degree or master’s in HSE/security prevention

• 1-2 years in a similar role

• Experience in the production/industry sector is essential

• Familiarity with risk software for machinery

• Fluent English

• Team player, solutions oriented, people oriented

Para nuestras plantas en Abrera y Manlleu, estamos buscando un Especialista en HSE. Reportando al Director de Planta y HSE Iberia, sus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Gestionar y coordinar los esfuerzos de prevención en todas las plantas de la empresa

• Establecer objetivos anuales y monitorear las acciones derivadas de la gestión preventiva, aplicando mejoras continuas

• Establecer procedimientos para prevenir emergencias o minimizar sus consecuencias

• Monitorear las actitudes del personal hacia la prevención con la ayuda de Delegados de Prevención y técnicos competentes

• Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios regulatorios relacionados con la prevención, aplicando, revisando, modificando o incorporando estos cambios en los procedimientos de la empresa para evitar posibles daños y asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable

• Asesorar a varios departamentos sobre disciplinas de prevención e informar al nuevo personal sobre los riesgos e impactos de acciones negligentes o desinteresadas, proporcionando formación específica sobre temas de prevención

• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos en el lugar de trabajo y auditorías, y atender a auditores e inspectores

Eres el/la candidat* ideal si tienes/eres:

• Expert* en legislación española con cursos específicos sobre referencia de riesgos y seguridad ocupacional

• Título de ingeniería o máster en prevención de HSE/seguridad

• 1-2 años en un rol similar

• Experiencia en el sector de producción/industria es esencial

• Familiaridad con software de riesgos para maquinaria

• Inglés fluido

• Jugador de equipo, orientado a soluciones, orientado a las personas
