Votre rôle :
En tant que HRIS Manager, vous reportez au Global HR Data Analytics & HRIS Manager et rejoignez une équipe de 3 personnes au sein de la DRH Groupe dans un environnement international !
Vous pilotez l’administration, la configuration et la maintenance des systèmes RH du Groupe (principalement Workday et UKG PeopleDoc).
Véritable business partner, vous garantissez la qualité du service et contribuez activement à l’évolution des outils, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT et RH dans un contexte de forte croissance et de transformation.
Vos missions :
- Assurer le support de niveau 2 (gestion des incidents utilisateurs et interfaces).
- Animer et développer le réseau local de support niveau 1 dans chaque pays.
- Accompagner les évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques des systèmes.
- Contribuer à la stratégie HRIS du Groupe et à la transformation digitale RH.
- Piloter des projets HRIS : déploiement de nouveaux modules, montées de version, intégrations.
- Garantir la sécurité, l’intégrité des données et la gestion des accès utilisateurs.
- Suivre et promouvoir l’adoption des outils RH digitaux, notamment Workday.
- Accompagner les Business Process Owners RH dans l'amélioration continue des processus.
- Coordonner les actions avec les prestataires et les équipes internes.

- Formation : Master en Ressources Humaines, Systèmes d’Information, ou équivalent.
- Expérience : minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de SIRH, avec une bonne maîtrise de Workday et PeopleDoc.
- Compétences techniques :
- Bonne connaissance des processus RH (HCM, Recrutement, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Learning).
- Connaissance des ERP et solutions RH SaaS.
- Compétences en configuration Workday (atout).
- Connaissance de UKG PeopleDoc (atout).
- Appétence pour la data
- Langues : anglais courant (écrit et oral, testé en entretien). Une autre langue est un plus.
- Autres : des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir.

To take on our challenges, we are looking for a permanent HRIS Manager, based in Lille (La Madeleine).
Your Role:
As an HRIS Manager, you will report to the HR Data Analytics & HRIS Manager and join a team of 3 within the Global HR Department!
You will oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Group’s HR systems (mainly Workday and UKG PeopleDoc).
As a true business partner, you will ensure high-quality service delivery and actively contribute to the evolution of our tools, working closely with IT and HR teams in a context of strong growth and transformation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 support (managing user and interface incidents).
- Lead and develop the local level 1 support network in each country.
- Support both functional and technical evolutions of the systems.
- Contribute to the Group’s HRIS strategy and digital HR transformation.
- Lead HRIS projects: deployment of new modules, upgrades, integrations.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and user access management.
- Monitor and promote the adoption of digital HR tools, especially Workday.
- Assist HR Business Process Owners in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Coordinate actions with external providers and internal teams.

- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with strong command of Workday and PeopleDoc.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of HR processes (HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Learning).
- Familiarity with ERP and SaaS HR solutions.
- Workday configuration skills (a plus).
- Knowledge of UKG PeopleDoc (a plus).
- Affinity for data.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken – will be tested during the interview). Another language is a plus.
- Other: Occasional travel may be required.
