What you’ll Learn:
The intern will gain a deep understanding of various HR processes and policies by working directly with the Centers of Excellence (COEs). They'll learn how these policies are implemented and supported through Workday technology.

What you’ll Do:
The HR Tech Intern will support the HR Technology team by collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to create and enhance knowledge articles. This role will focus on improving HR self-service resources by documenting processes, policies, and system functionalities in a clear and user-friendly manner.
What we look for:

Partner with HR COEs to gather, document, and standardize HR knowledge articles

Convert existing knowledge materials into structured, searchable content

Ensure articles align with HR policies and Workday functionality

Work with HR Tech and HR Support teams to improve self-service capabilities.

Assist in tagging and categorizing content for better searchability.

Support ongoing updates and maintenance of HR knowledge resources.
Intern Program Requirements:

Ability to provide unofficial transcript

Actively in University, obtaining a Bachelors or master’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or a related field by Spring 2026. GPA of 3.2 or above.

Candidates who have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation, are authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered.
