Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to Holman Enterprises employees world-wide and serves as a system expert for day-to-day maintenance of our HRIS,

  • Analyzes and evaluates complex business process configurations after independent research on industry and system best practices

  • Processes routine transactional approvals in HRIS system (ex Staffing Actions, Organization Assignments)

  • Presents enhancements and changes to system configuration that allow for a more streamlined

  • Supports HR Operations Project Leads in larger scale system enhancements

  • Manages and responds employee requests through HR ticketing system in timely manner

  • Maintains data integrity in the HR system of record with basic audits and data reporting

  • Provides advanced troubleshooting of HRIS system processes

  • Actions data requests from business stakeholders

  • Ensures 100% compliance with internal and external audits

  • May travel up to 20% for onsite support across businesses.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related degree

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years working with Workday systems

  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all level of employees, candidates and vendors

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
