Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll administration for hourly/direct employee workforce
- Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining contingent (temporary) workers
- Conducts and monitor various human resource transactions, investigate problems and recommend solutions, following standard practices and instructions
- Assists with hourly/direct workforce interviews
- Maintains accurate employee records
- Works with leadership staff to develop and implement positive human resource initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
- Works with training and development to monitor trainings
- Assists with new employee Workday/ADP setup
- Coordinates all interns, Power + candidates, etc
- Schedules and leads job fairs and educational on-site events
- Prepares presentations for HR as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing with 3 years of experience, or associate degree in business administration, finance, marketing with 5 years’ experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
