Job Summary:
For our location in Plattling we are looking for a parental leave replacement as
HR Specialist (m/f/d)
The position is limited for 1,5 years.
Your tasks:
- Support of the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
- Preparatory payroll accounting and central interface to our payroll to ensure smooth payroll accounting
- Central contact person for administrative HR topics
- Collaboration with local colleges and universities
- Participation in various HR projects
- Processing ad hoc requests such as report preparation, etc.
What you offer:
- Completed studies or commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment in which reliability and personal responsibility are required
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a strong sense of responsibility
- You are characterized by a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and a high quality standard
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent written and spoken German and English are a matter of course for you
- Ideally, you have experience with Workday
