HR Reporting Specialist

As an HR Reporting Specialist you will support reporting managers with creating, editing, and developing reports.

In this role you will:

• Respond to field requests for human resources (HR) data; provide reporting assistance to Directors Human Resources (DHRs), payroll, and HR.
• Support and assist in the training process of ad hoc reporting, including report variant creation and rollout support.
• Create monthly reporting and statistics for HR, including external HR reporting.
• Organize and analyze data from all sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results; assist with analyzing the reports and identifying trends when requested.
• Assist with time approvals, time reporting, and time quotas.

What you bring to the table:

• 3 years’ experience:  creating reports, analyzing data and trends
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Workday
• Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Business Warehouse Reporting
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with complex spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to audit data, identify errors, analyze trends, and make recommendations to manager regarding improvements

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
