The HR Project Manager & Analytics oversees program management, reporting, and analytical support for HR Business Partners in Software Development & IT. Responsibilities include managing HR programs from inception to implementation, establishing project management processes, collaborating with stakeholders, designing reports, and providing data insights to inform decisions.

The HR Project Manager & Analytics will provide program management, reporting & analytic support to the HR Business Partners who support Software Development & IT. This individual will work closely with the HR Leadership Team to ensure critical programs are executed in support of key initiatives. Responsibilities include managing, planning, collaborating and monitoring critical HR programs (Employee Survey Action Plans, technical career pathing, internal talent movement, etc.) from conception through implementation.

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
  • Collaborate/communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates and propose solutions
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design and maintain ad hoc and standard reports for ongoing business needs & program support
  • Develop reports, prepare analyses and make predictions based on data and analysis
  • Prepare recommendations for decisions based on data and analysis
  • Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insight to users.


Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Superior critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated PC skills and MS Office skills - Expert in Excel
  • Analytical skills as well as writing, presentation and data visualization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision


Required Education
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Education
Master's degree
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

Project Management and Reporting and Analysis within a HR function - 5+
