This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an experienced HR Program Manager:

Align, implement, and oversee a systemwide, global leadership development journey map and course catalog for people leaders and high potential individual contributors.

Develop programs and processes, in support of performance management and succession planning strategies and philosophies, aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
-
Implement a global leadership competency framework for mid-level leaders, front-line leaders, and individual contributors worldwide, aligned with performance management systems and processes, to support the strategic direction of the organization.

Map out training plans and calendars locally, regionally and globally for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning solutions developed in-house or in partnership with a vendor. Create learning plans for employees of all business units and office locations, including employees working in home offices.

Develop and facilitate in-person and/or virtual training events, educational programs, and train-the-trainer activities.
-
Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of HRBP and Learning and Development programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions, as needed.

Lead change management efforts related to HRBP and Learning and Development programs and initiatives including admin duties such as creating decks, reports, and ad hoc tasks.
-
Conduct regular checkpoints, assessments, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of projects and programs.
-
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify program requirements and design effective solutions.
-
Partner with different HRBPs globally to ensure compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and company policies in designing HRBP and Learning and Development program activities.

Develop an annual budget and operating plan for HRBP and Learning and Development efforts worldwide.
-
Create and establish a strong partnership with internal and external partners to ensure HRBP and Learning and Development program success.

Ensuring knowledge about industry trends and best practices in the market regarding HRBP and Learning and Development programs and make recommendations for new program initiatives and/or improvement of existing programs.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

5-7 years of hands-on project and program management experience coordinating multiple, large-scale activities and events simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting. Proven skill in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

Proven experience on building, managing, and facilitating global leadership development experiences and performance management and/or succession planning activities.
-
Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions; familiarity with traditional and modern adult learning and development methods and techniques.
-
Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing HRBP and Learning and Development programs.
-
Proven stakeholder management skills and experience managing a team. Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization; develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.

Knowledge on HR policies and employment laws. General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Knowledge of relevant and basic employment laws and regulations.

Related Certifications. SHRM SCP or SPHR certification.Exposure and Training in Training, COPC, and Six Sigma a plus.

Shift. Willing to work on night shift

Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
