Job Description
The Payroll specialist is responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant Dutch laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and Update the employee data into payroll system.
- Verify attendance and time records for payroll accuracy.
- Process regular payroll cycles and calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
- Prepare payroll reports to the related parties monthly.
- Process payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding earnings, deductions, and benefits.
Qualifications
- This position is part-time (16-hr per week)
- 5+ years of payroll experience with Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL).
- Solid knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Familiarity with local payroll software
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Dutch and English speaking
