Responsibilities:

  • HR Records Management: Process and update HR records for new hires, terminations, promotions, bonuses, allowances, pension funds, and other related info types.

  • HR Transactional Services: Deliver HR transactional services in specific areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, or pensions.

  • Quality Check: Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR and payroll data and processes.

  • Point of Contact: Serve as a primary contact for employees, HR departments, and third parties regarding HR and payroll-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian and English: Minimum B2 level in both languages, with a preference for C1-C2 proficiency in Italian.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and situations effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

  • Eagerness to Learn: Openness to acquiring new skills and knowledge.

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining performance and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
