Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, bilingual speaker (both Mandarin and English) and detail-oriented individual to join our HR shared service Center (SSC) team as an HR Operations specialist. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our dynamic workplace by managing various aspects of human resources.

Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration:

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions within the company.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documents.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.

Visa and Immigration Support:

  • Manage work visa applications, renewals, and immigration processes for expatriate employees.
  • Ensure compliance with both local and host country immigration regulations.

Employee Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding general HR policies, procedures, and services.
  • Address payroll queries, IT software setup issues, and reimbursement inquiries.
  • Provide timely assistance and support to resolve employee concerns.

Service Supplier Management:

  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure efficient delivery of HR-related services.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address any service-related issues.

This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient HR operations and delivering a seamless employee experience across the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in Rotterdam.
