The opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end payroll process, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our payroll vendor and HR Center Support Team based in Tallinn, Estonia, to deliver accurate and timely payroll services.

How you’ll make an impact:

Support the end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with our payroll vendor and HR Center Support Team.

Ensure timely and accurate data input for payroll, including salaries, taxes, and benefits.

Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee queries.

Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Support statutory reporting, such as tax filings, pensions, and other required submissions.

Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes remain efficient and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Your Background:

Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in HR systems and payroll software.
