Title: HR Operations Intern
About the Internship:
As our 2025 HR Operations & Systems Intern you will help create and compile a valuable resource - the HR Data & Resources Library. You will leverage your research, project, data and resources management skills while contributing to a project that will help provide consistency and efficiencies to the human resources activities and employee lifecycle.
This 10-week internship runs from June 9,2025 - August 15, 2025
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with members of the Unite Us People Team through a series of interviews to review and understand all existing HR resources
- Consolidate, categorize, and document HR resources into a centralized, efficient repository (HR Library/Matrix) for the People Team
- Draft clear and concise definitions for key People Team/ HR terminology; creating a dictionary of all key People Team data terms
- Review and update HR documents to ensure consistent use of terminology and references across materials
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources
- You are able to work proactively and collaboratively
- You have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- If you are tech savvy especially familiar with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This internship is remote, U.S. based
- This 10 week internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week and runs from June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025
