  • You will participate in learning support initiatives like MyLearning, V5000, and IATF
  • You will assist in the coordination of Talent Development campaigns
  • You will assist in Employee Relations supporting activities
  • You will ensure mandatory legal postings are displayed and up-to-date
  • You will communicate and support employees & managers with policies and procedures
  • You will communicate information related to attendance to managers
  • You will help create and allocate badges
  • You will support in onboarding and departure activities
  • You will support managers with Best Practices deployment
  • You will assist in the coordination in the Well-Being Improvement Plan
  • You will participate in the creation of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and its assist in it’s deployment
  • You will handle other duties as assigned

What You Should Have

  • You are a recent graduate of a non-technical Bachelor's degree program
  • You should have 6 months or more experience, or internships/co-ops, in some HR capacity (staffing/recruiting, payroll, on-boarding, employee relations, or any other HR job function)
  • You have the ability to work 40 hours per week for a one-year timeframe
