- You will participate in learning support initiatives like MyLearning, V5000, and IATF
- You will assist in the coordination of Talent Development campaigns
- You will assist in Employee Relations supporting activities
- You will ensure mandatory legal postings are displayed and up-to-date
- You will communicate and support employees & managers with policies and procedures
- You will communicate information related to attendance to managers
- You will help create and allocate badges
- You will support in onboarding and departure activities
- You will support managers with Best Practices deployment
- You will assist in the coordination in the Well-Being Improvement Plan
- You will participate in the creation of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and its assist in it’s deployment
- You will handle other duties as assigned
What You Should Have
- You are a recent graduate of a non-technical Bachelor's degree program
- You should have 6 months or more experience, or internships/co-ops, in some HR capacity (staffing/recruiting, payroll, on-boarding, employee relations, or any other HR job function)
- You have the ability to work 40 hours per week for a one-year timeframe
