INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS...
- Internship will last 10 weeks. Ending on Friday, August 8, 2025
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
- At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
- You will be in the office 4 days a week. You can work remote 1 day a week.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Intern will assist with the coordination and execution of various tasks and processes within the HR Department including our Facilities department which falls under HR. This internship requires strong communication skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to work well under pressure while driving results.
Projects to include, but not limited to the following departments within HR:
- Talent Acquisition
- Learning & Development
- Basic HR Generalist projects
- Reporting & Analytics
- Facilities/Logistics department
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong efficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational capability;
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills;
- Demonstration of creative problem solving and ability to take initiative to investigate issues and make sound judgments;
- Ability to manage and prioritize assignments from multiple customers while providing exceptional customer service;
- Comfortable working in constantly changing environment while meeting deadlines;
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities and adapt to new processes;
- Ability to work effectively and act professionally with all staff levels;
- Ability to work with minimal/moderate supervision.
