About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Generalist who will take ownership of HR operations while contributing to talent acquisition initiatives. This role is a mix of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, making it ideal for professionals who excel in end-to-end employee lifecycle management and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless experience at every stage.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolution strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: Maintain HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company standards. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- HR Documentation & Records Management: Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
Talent Acquisition
- Support hiring managers in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires and a smooth transition into the organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or Generalist roles.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and grievance management is a plus.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to foster strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Proactive approach to addressing employee concerns and policy-related issues.
Technical proficiency: Experience with HR Automation, HRMS, ATS, and other HR tools is a plus.
