Senior Executive /Assistant Manager - People OperationsKey Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor law requirements.

Handle tax calculations, TDS compliance, and year-end tax filings.
-
Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits.
HR Operations:

Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with employee lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, promotions, exits).

Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
People Analytics:

Generate insightful HR analytics reports to aid in decision-making.

Analyze workforce trends, compensation benchmarking, and turnover data.

Support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance payroll and HR operations through automation and process optimization.

Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards in payroll and HR management.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management, with exposure to HR operations and analytics.

Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms (Workday and ADP).

Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, labour regulations, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
