Job Title: HR Generalist (m/f/x) – fixed term contract until 31 December 2025
Location: Dietlikon, Zürich (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to ensure smooth HR operations and provide support in various HR functions. The primary focus will be to provide support to employees and to managers, support Employee Relations (ER) cases, act as an escalation point for HR Administration processes, and assist the country HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Key responsibilities

Ensure the efficient handling and resolution of complex HR Administration processes in partnership with our externalized HR Shared Service Centre

Collaborate with HR Operations to continually improve processes and enhance service delivery

Assist in managing Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinary measures and terminations, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on Employee Relations (ER) matters

Work closely with the HR BP to align HR strategies with business objectives

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.

Provide HR reports with key insights
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations (ER)

Good understanding of HR processes in matrix organisations

Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high level of independence

Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other Swiss national language is a plus

Good problem-solving skills and highly attentive to details

Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws, regulations and HR practices
-
Strong sense of confidentiality and maturity in handling highly sensitive information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Workday is a plus

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
