The Opportunity:
Ritter – part of Avantor ist auf der Suche nach einer Person, die als HR-Generalist (m/w/d), unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden an unserem Produktionsstandort in Schwabmünchen engagiert unterstützen wird.
Als Teil unseres HR-Teams werden Sie als erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte fungieren und sie in operativen HR-Prozessen sowie bei täglichen Herausforderungen unterstützen.
Um bei uns erfolgreich zu sein, müssen Sie Spaß daran haben, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren, in diversen Personalprozessen zu unterstützen und jederzeit als Vorbild in Bezug auf unsere Werte zu fungieren. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Beratung von Vorgesetzten in vielfältigen HR-Themen zur Unterstützung unserer Unternehmensziele. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem Betriebsrat zusammen und tragen aktiv zur Entwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur und Führung bei.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. als Personalkauffrau/-mann
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalwesen, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld mit Betriebsrat
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Employee Life Cycle Management sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von HR-Informationssystemen, z.B. Workday
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Tarifrecht
- Selbstständige, service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Stakeholdern
- Sprachkenntnisse: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden bei allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Ansprechpartner/-in für alle Personalthemen entlang des Employee-Life-Cycles (z.B. Onboarding)
- Verantwortlich für unser HRMS Workday mit besonderem Fokus auf unsere Datenqualität
- Bereitstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen für verschiedene Stakeholder
- Mitarbeit in Personalentwicklungsthemen und Verantwortung für das interne Ausbildungsprogramm
- Unterstützung im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, BEM
- Koordination der Arbeitsmarktberatung inkl. Changemanagement und staatliche Förderungsmöglichkeiten
