HR Generalist (Maternity Cover)

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our UniQue Human Resources team.

In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR functions, focusing primarily on talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. You will also serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to these areas, helping to deliver valuable HR services to the organization

What will you be bringing to the team? 

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the HR Generalist position we expect you to: 

• Manage talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment process  

• Partner with internal hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition 

• Sourcing for the identification of qualified candidates using different types of sourcing methods (e.g.  Boolean-search, LinkedIn and passive candidate sourcing) 

• Compose job descriptions based on job analysis, advertise positions, screen and manage applications through our ATS 

• Handle the offer process and provide recommendations on total compensation, on-boarding needs etc. 

• Coordinate the hiring process for all new comers (collect all relevant paperwork needed for the hiring, manage the onboarding process, create the employee’s record in the company’s HRIS etc.)  

• Assist in planning and execution of training and development activities 

• Coordinate the annual performance management procedures 

• Participate in several branding events 

• Participate in HR projects  

• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics  

• Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies 

• Participate in HR projects 

What do you need to succeed in this position? 

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have: 

• University/College degree in Business Administration or other relative discipline 

• MSc in HRM or MBA 

• 3+ years of experience in similar role  

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) 

• Knowledge of payroll legislation/regulations will be considered a plus
