PURPOSE/MISSION:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while supporting the continuous development of employees through effective training programs. Additionally, the role focuses on maintaining smooth HR administrative operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role is critical in strengthening the organization's workforce by implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies, coordinating impactful training sessions, and handling HR-related administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy. By excelling in these areas, the HR Executive contributes to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless communication.
- Source and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through various channels.
- Handle recruitment documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including manpower requisition and collaboration with hiring managers on updated job descriptions.
- Liaise with candidates for pre-employment requirements, including check-ups and typhoid arrangements.
- Design job advertisements and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills to manage complex hiring processes.
- Prepare and share regular status reports on recruitment activities.
- Update and maintain recruitment data in shared folders accurately.
- Support the HR team in developing talent acquisition strategies and plans.
Training Management
- Administer and coordinate internal training activities.
- Design and distribute promotional materials for training communications.
- Apply for HRDCorp grants and oversee the approval process.
- Maintain accurate training records, including internal and external training data, in the L&D Master list.
Compliance & Administrative Management
- Manage audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills to handle HR matters independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
- Data-driven, possess a strong passion for numbers
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit processes is an advantage.
- Having experience using the Workday system is an advantage.
