The Role
The HR Coordinator will run the daily HR functions for the southeast region including onboarding, employee engagement, and HRIS/personnel file management. The role will support project-based work for the Sports Talent groups nationally and Music Touring groups in the US-Eastern region. The HR Coordinator will serve as the main HR contact for all hourly employees in the Southeast Region and Sports Talent groups nationally.
Responsibilities

Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process for employees in the Southeast Region coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional new hire experience

Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews including entering data into HRIS, auditing for accuracy and compliance, including completing and verifying Form I-9

Maintain all Employee Files, ensuring proper document storage

Handle employment-related inquiries from hourly employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate person

Develop and execute positive employee relations initiatives; coordinate check-ins, employee engagement initiatives, workshops, etc.; foster and maintain quality relationships with all hourly employees

Understand hourly employees career goals, their strengths and opportunities, and provide input on talent management conversations

Participate in communication planning for all hourly employees, including change management initiatives

Help conduct and organize learning and development initiatives for the Music Touring and Sports Talent groups, as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

1-2 years of human resources experience in a corporate environment

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management

Passionate about being of service, working collaboratively, and creating great experiences for our employees

Extremely proactive and able to easily shift priorities

Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment

Detailed with strong organization skills

Team player with a high sense of urgency

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Experience working in a sports, entertainment, or media company preferred

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville, TN, office.
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00 - $27.00. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
