The Cloud Chamber HR team is growing! We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to partner with and support the Human Resources Team. You will be tasked with coordinating the employees onboarding/offboarding experience, payroll processes, benefits administration, and continually improving the employee experience.

 Job Details:

  • Assist with administration of Human Resources policies, processes and procedures.
  • Support onboarding process for new employees, including but not limited to administrative onboarding tasks, coordination of first day activities, delivery of new hire induction, explaining company’s benefit offerings and other new hire processes.
  • Assist with intercompany employee transfers and relocations as well as all new hire relocations.
  • Ensure all paperwork for new hires, and employee changes are received, approved, and filed in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the benefits administration process for employees (new enrollments and changes).
  • Be responsible for the accurate data entry in our HR system (Workday).
  • Maintain an up-to-date report on training activities (1% law).
  • Coordinate payroll processes; work closely with the corporate payroll department to ensure timely and accurate management of any discrepancies.
  • Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition, IT and Benefits teams to ensure a great employee experience.
  • Conduct  Ad Hoc reporting.
  • Participate in various HR projects and in the administration of government programs.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatile, flexible and willing to work within constant evolving priorities with enthusiasm and passion.
  • Very strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems/databases such as Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a strong sense of accountability, fulfilling responsibilities with maturity and reliability.
  • Exemplify the highest standards of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to doing what is right even in challenging situations.
