WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As HR Business & Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have a dual role that includes acting as strategic HR businesses partner to company leaders & staff, as well as leading companywide recruitment. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in both areas and thrives in an environment balancing multiple priorities.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all open requisitions including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and extending offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with all recruiting partners and agencies
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement recruiting strategies to identify top talent
  • Provide strategic & operational support to key business leaders and teams
  • Advise leaders and teams on HR issues such as organizational design, talent development & management, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
  • Accountable for understanding and supporting the strategic direction and goals of the business and contributing to driving a high-performance culture
  • Closely partner & collaborate with legal, finance & HR colleagues to present one face of HR to the organization
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, to support team success


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in both Talent Aquisiton and HR Business Partnering
  • Strong attention to detail & collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment and quickly shift between priorities
  • Experience in the Ad Tech /Media industry a plus but not required

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a New York City Metro base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.
