About This Role:

As an HR Business Partner with Cannondale, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, ensuring our teams in Europe feel supported while staying connected to our global strategy. How You'll Make an Impact:
- Support business leaders on a variety of HR needs, including performance management, training and development, policies and processes, performance management, training and development and other needs as identified by the business
- Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to achieve functional and operational HR alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers through complex workforce challenges, facilitating conflict resolution, and recommending fair, practical solutions
- Ensure management is aware of Company policies and guidelines, as well as local laws and regulations, when making decisions that impact team members
- Work with senior HR and managers to develop competitive, equitable compensation recommendations while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges
- Support Director of HR and relevant client groups with staffing changes as needed, including confidential preparations and communications
- Coordinate closely with Global HR colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in human resources programs and processes. Responsible for contributing to the overall establishment of human resources objectives and strategies as needed
- Partner with the global TA team to hire top talent, ensuring compliance in pre-employment processes and coordinating seamless local onboarding in line with global processes
- Create positive employee experiences and implements activities that support an inspiring and inclusive office culture, where passion for biking is a core element
- Responsible for maintaining all relevant personnel data
- Function as a confidant for team members
- Responsible for managing the talent management framework for the teams you support, encompassing key elements such as performance management, learning and development, and the annual merit review process
- Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
- 2-4 years’ related experience in an international HR environment
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing, speaking other languages is a plus
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws in The Netherlands and preferably other European countries
- Ability to approach situations with empathy and pragmatism
- Methodical and well-organized approach to work, ability to prioritize, work accurately, and have a keen eye for details
- Integrity and honesty
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to stay cool under pressure
- Self-starter, service-minded attitude, and business partner approach
- Ability to travel between our Woudenberg & Almelo offices
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Passion for cycling/outdoor sports is a plus
