About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that enhance our business operations. This role will also involve managing HR processes and programs for the business unit, and working on global projects.

What you'll do

Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective talent strategies.

  • Provide HR guidance to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and career planning.

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to ensure alignment with business needs.

Global Project Management:

  • Lead and contribute to global HR projects.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to execute project deliverables on time and within budget.

  • HR Operations and Program Management:

  • Oversee HR processes and programs for the business unit, including on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and career planning.

  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with global and local regulations.

  • Continuously improve HR processes and programs based on feedback and changing business needs.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role.

  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and program management.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing global projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with global stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
