We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Benelux HR team. This role will focus on guiding transformation whilst undergoing changes as an HR dept as well as a business, adopting new ways of working and running global programs driving change.
In this role the area of responsibilities is to facilitate 5 sites with circa 280 employees in total, you will manage this together with the Area HR Manager. In our organization it’s important that HR is present and available for all sites so travelling on a weekly basis is essential. Your main sites will be in Rotterdam and Beneden Leeuwen.
Duties and Responsibilities

You give advice in the field of various HR aspects, such as, training & development, employee engagement, recruitment & selection and absenteeism

You deliver KPI reports for the Area HR Manager And use this information during conversations with managers

Is the point of contact for employees in the field of HR

You actively contribute (as a project member) to improvement, harmonization and implementation projects both locally as well as on global initiatives

In consultation with the Area HR Manager, ensures that an employment contract is terminated correctly at the employer's initiative (building up a file, applying for a dismissal permit, dissolution by the sub-district court judge)

Support our HR team, advising on the market, salary or conducts employment condition discussions with candidates and/or advises recruiter

Rolling out and (monitoring) compliance with central and global policies, regulations, processes and systems, supervising and coordinating recurring HR processes

Managing all kind of HR administration, draws up employment contracts, setting flows up in our systems, making adjustments

Previous experience working as (Jr) HR Business Partner and ready for a step up, advising our employees on HR broad topics: policies and regulations, individual development, performance, absenteeism is essential for this role

You have experience with development processes and culture change

You are system and data driven

Previous experience in working in a matrix environment is highly beneficial but not necessary

Knowledge of MS office specifically Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook as well as knowledge in using HR systems; such as Workday and ADP

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English language

Used to create and explain HR reporting

32-40 hours a week (minimum 4 days a week).
