What you are going to do
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and assist in various HR initiatives and projects. As HR International Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with international and diverse teams, gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR, and contribute to the implementation of different HR initiatives. If you have strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a desire to grow and develop professionally, we want you in our team! What will you do?
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various international HR initiatives and projects, focusing on performance management and talent development in an international setting involving people from all NN International Business Un
- Prepare project documentation, track progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide project updates.

Who you are
- You are a bachelor's or master’s university student in the direction of Communication, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a similar background
- You are available for 36 hours per week for (at least) 6 months, with possibility of extension
- The internship requirements from your educational institution match the character of this internship
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Who you will work with
You will be part of HR International team, reporting directly to Bas van Helsdingen, (HR Business Partner NN Insurance International. You will closely working with:
- Diverse teams within NN International
- Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
