We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
Perform human resources-related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training function and employee recognition programs.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with employees and management to coordinate and communicate training programs.
- STPS compliance.
- Training rooms managements.
- Coffee Break for training coordination.
- Budget management.
- Facilitate or provide training (including on boarding program).
- Participate in employee recognition programs.
- Management of new-hire orientations program.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Federal and State employment labor laws,
- At least 1 year working with STPS compliance in terms of Training.
- Management of Office Package,
- Management of the Tress System,
- Presentation skills,
- Knowledge in Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheet and database programs
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity,
- Must be fluent with verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
