Key Accountabilities 
•    Recruitment & Onboarding:
o    Oversee the recruitment process for all roles within the Commercial (TFS & Payment), Refund Counter Operations, and Technology functions.
o    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
o    Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, providing them with a positive introduction to the company culture and their roles.
•    Employee Engagement:
o    Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
o    Collaborate with leadership to understand team dynamics and propose programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
o    Organize and lead various employee welfare activities and collaboration events to strengthen team cohesion.
•    Exit Interviews & Feedback:
o    Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and feedback from departing employees, identifying trends and opportunities for organizational improvement.
o    Report findings to leadership, recommending improvements based on employee feedback.
•    Payroll Compliance & Accuracy:
o    Ensure payroll accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
o    Act as the key point of contact for any payroll-related queries from employees.
•    Strategic HR Partner to Leadership:
o    Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR matters, organizational development, and workforce planning.
o    Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
•    HR Projects Leadership:
o    Lead and manage HR-related projects across the client groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
o    Champion change management initiatives as needed, ensuring smooth transitions for all impacted employees.
•    Employee Welfare:
o    Lead employee welfare programs, ensuring the health and well-being of employees across all client groups.
o    Identify and implement wellness initiatives and resources to support work-life balance and overall employee satisfaction.
•    Collaboration & Teamwork:
o    Organize and promote team-building and collaboration activities across departments, enhancing cross-functional relationships.
o    Serve as a backup to Junior HRBP, providing support as needed and ensuring continuity in HR operations.
