Key Accountabilities
• Point of Contact for Legal, Finance, and Office Management:
o Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Legal, Finance, and Office Management client groups, providing guidance on all HR and office-related matters.
o Build strong relationships with leadership teams in these functions to better understand their needs and support their business objectives.
• Administrative Support for HR Processes:
o Oversee the full employee lifecycle within the client groups, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, manage the interview process, and support candidate selection.
o Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and a positive transition for departing employees during offboarding.
• Payroll Processing & Compliance:
o Manage payroll processing for the Legal, Finance, and Office Management teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
o Address payroll-related queries and work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Office Management:
o Serve as the main point of contact for all office management-related matters, ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and services.
o Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office needs, coordinating with external vendors and managing internal office-related processes.
o Address any office-related issues and improve office environment efficiency.
• HR Projects & Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the Country HRBP on HR projects, driving HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.
o Support the implementation of HR strategies and programs across the Legal, Finance, and Office Management functions.
o Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
• Backup Support to HRBP:
o Serve as a backup to the HRBP as needed, providing support for HR operations across other client groups or HR-related tasks in their absence.
o Ensure continuity of HR services during the HRBP's absence and step in for key HR activities and projects.
