About the Team:
You will be part of a global HR team supporting Global Information Services, collaborating daily with HR teams globally. Here, we value collaboration, open communication and learning from each other’s experiences.
Your role:
As an HR Business Partner for GIS, you will work closely with your stakeholders, coaching on people matters and helping to foster a high-performance culture. GIS is a complex and highly specialized organization, where you’ll support a broad mix of roles—from engineers to AI experts—across multiple levels. You’ll play a central role in the transformation journey we are on, driven by digitalization and a shift in capabilities. Your work will span strategic HR initiatives, global and local processes, as well as hands-on daily support. Simply put, you’ll help translate business needs into impactful and practical HR actions.
Your work will include:
- Understand the business strategy and translate it into people implications.
- Strategic workforce planning works with management to ensure the company’s workforce has the right capability, capacity, structure, cost, and agility for the future.
- Talent & succession planning, works with management on selection and development of key talent to ensure there are talents to fill critical roles and future business needs
- Contributing to organizational changes and ensuring smooth implementation from an organizational perspective.
- Drive global recruitments in collaboration with local HR teams around the world.
- Taking part in projects and continuous improvement activities within GIS.
- Act as a trusted advisor/partner to leadership and collaborating with them to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Helping to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
About you:
We are seeking a strategic and business-savvy HR partner who can translate complex HR topics into clear business value. You are proactive, curious, and eager to dive deep into our organization to truly understand what makes it tick. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have a natural talent for building strong relationships across teams and cultures. You’re also committed to your own continuous development and stay ahead of trends—especially within tech and AI.
Your skills and background:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of broad HR experience, ideally in a global and fast-moving tech/IT environment.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment topics such as labour law, organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Experience working in an international, cross-cultural setting.
• Preferably experience from a similar organization or scale-up context.
• Strong interest in the intersection of AI and HR—whether it's recruitment, data insights, or internal communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset, with a genuine drive to grow and evolve as an HR professional.
Location:
This role is based in Huskvarna, with occasional travel to stay close to your stakeholders. We offer a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and work-life balance, combining remote work with regular office presence. As part of our policy, we meet in the office at least 2–3 days per week, aiming for a minimum of 50% on-site time.
