The HR Associate will facilitate the smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring all necessary administrative tasks and documentation are completed. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records and compliance tracking, as well as assisting in performance review processes. The HR Associate will also support employee engagement initiatives, manage internal communications, and organize events to foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to enhance HR processes and gather employee feedback effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks related to new hires, including pre-joining formalities and ensuring a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with relevant teams
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR tracking systems, conduct regular audits while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with statutory requirements
- Create clear and accessible content for internal communications and prepare necessary documentation, including letters and policy updates, to keep staff informed
- Assist in planning and executing performance review processes to ensure consistency and timeliness across departments
- Work collaboratively to maintain accurate leave and attendance records, generating monthly compliance reports as needed
- Provide administrative support to the learning and development team, enhancing training and development initiatives
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies, including organizing events and seminars to promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure timely communication of office policies, operational updates, and other pertinent information to staff
- Send surveys to gather employee feedback on operations, compile the data, and analyse results for continuous improvement
- Assist in the development and refinement of HR processes, best practices, and organizational policies to enhance efficiency
- Increase proficiency level in different techniques and systems and develop new skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR/admin functions
- Experience with analyzing data and writing reports
- Experience with maintaining records
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Intermediate level proficiency in PowerPoint presentation

- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely verbally and in writing

Education and Work Experience:
- This individual should have either a degree in management, human resource development, or any other bachelor’s degree
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' working experience in HR related activities
