Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned client groups, providing expertise in associate relations, onboarding, training, benefits, leaves of absence, engagement, and retention while modeling Inmar Standards.

• Perform data analysis and create pivot tables to generate insights and support HR strategies and decision-making.
• Consult with managers to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices, while promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Partner with associates and leaders to build an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing workplace environment.
• Support overall HR operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals, while embracing agility and continuous improvement.
• Provide advice and counsel on HR policies, federal, state, and local regulations, and employment law issues.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
• 3+ years of HR generalist, HR advisor, or HR business partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws (federal, state, and local).
• Experience with HRIS systems required; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and interpreting pivot tables and performing data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently model Inmar Standards of Accountability, Collaboration, Transparency, Agility, and Integrity.
