As the Human Resources Administrator, you will perform a wide range of support activities inside the HR department.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Manage various HR projects and programs.
  • Collaborates and supports HR team members and peers to deliver upon the overall success of the team, the HR function, and the business.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and execution of positive employee/company relations through recognition and appreciation activities, organization wide-meetings, and celebrations.
  • May assist in writing and development of HR policies, procedures, forms, memos, templates, and letters.
  • Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
