Job Description:
We are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department and will be responsible for:

Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …)

Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP
-
Archive the sick leave certificates according with the define process (GDPR data)

Monitoring of salary certificates, follow up and resolution of anomalies
-
Ensure support level 1 to employee on sick leave topics through email
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

Mandatory fluency in French
-
Previous experience working in Human Resources

Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite

Good communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines

Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks

Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance

Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
