What you’ll do:
As a project lead and operations support analyst:
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess knowledge of survey programming platforms, specifically Qualtrics or any other survey platform
- - Be able to program complex surveys on Qualtrics survey building platform
- Manage the survey programming part of the projects and its work-streams independently
- Provide strong leverage by programming error-free surveys in a timely manner
- Provides detailed project review inputs and development recommendations as needed to achieve the goals.
- summarizes and analyses customer feedback to create presentations and reports
- Identify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges
- Possess a problem-solving attitude and ability to provide feasible solutions for the surveys
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends and possible solutions
- Performing quality assurance on data and analytical models to ensure accuracy
- - Proficient in efficiently presenting data via reports and presentations (PPT and excel)
- Advance knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data research methodologies to design them effectively
- Assist or manage the production of survey reports and review, design and modification of reports for client use
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams.
What you need to bring:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in surveys, out of which the majority of experience if in any survey platform is an advantage.
- Must have worked on integration of survey tools and other tools like SFDC, SQL and others, using API and JSON; and can handle such projects independently
- demonstrated curiosity in understanding what really matters to our customers
- Strong analytical aptitude, problem solving, logical reasoning
- Knowledge of languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- First-level university degree

- Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options

- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced in corporate policies, markets and processes, financial management as well as program management
- Experienced in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-country/ business unit/ product line and managing a business in start-up and growth phases
- Capable of managing a portfolio of annuity services
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Willing to work in a complex program driving customer and partner experience.
