The HPE GreenLake E2E Operational Experience Program Manager role will be responsible for engaging with internal HPE stakeholders to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of transformation initiatives for HPE GreenLake, primarily across go-to-market processes and tools that underpin how we sell HPE GreenLake (e.g. lead generation, customer business case development, quoting and pricing, contracting, order booking etc.). The role will support new offer introductions.
• Proven experience in program / project management is necessary. The position will include working with a broad array of stakeholders across the HPE GreenLake landscape.
• Having Change Management Experience is an added advantage.
Summary
- Strategic Business Planning: Collaborates with stakeholders to drive transformational priorities to ensure that lead-to-win processes are fast and competitive, aiming to improve Sales KPIs such as win rate. Supports evaluation of business plans to ensure their operational feasibility in alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to craft short-term business plans supported by data-driven models.
- New Offer Collaboration: Works closely with teams to ensure new standardized offerings have an optimal E2E/ Quote to Cash process.
- Implementation Strategy: Develops comprehensive program plan & implementation tactics, encompassing execution plans, resource allocation strategies, follow-up protocols, assessment frameworks, and process accountabilities. Ensures alignment of business activities across stakeholders and establishes business metrics for performance evaluation.
- Project Management Framework: Establishes a structured project management framework, contributing regularly to the development of innovative ideas and methodologies. Addresses complex problems by conducting in-depth evaluations of multiple factors, leading and providing expertise to functional project teams, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
- Change Management Collaboration: Partners with Change Managers to devise change strategies and execution plans, encompassing process enhancements, tool launches, and introduction of new capabilities. Manages cross-functional project teams and conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose current states and model future outcomes, with a focus on driving improved business performance through capability adoption for HPE GreenLake.
- Problem-Solving & Subject Matter Expertise: Applies advanced subject matter expertise to address complex business challenges and is recognized as a trusted authority in the field.
- HPE GreenLake Process Knowledge: Possesses a deep understanding of the HPE GreenLake e2e process, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic planning and execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Frequently represents the organization to external/ internal stakeholders exercising significant independent judgment to determine optimal methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Offers mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees, leveraging expertise and experience to foster professional development within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Transformation Projects: Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities, crafting innovative solutions, establishing program management frameworks, and overseeing seamless implementation across diverse teams.
- Process Re-engineering: Lead efforts to re-engineer processes, enhancing delivery efficiency, reducing complexity, minimizing waste, and devising transition plans to facilitate smooth adoption by functional teams.
- Organizational Collaboration: Foster a culture of organization-wide collaboration to tackle complex problems and drive collective solutions, promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with senior stakeholders to understand their perspectives, gather insights, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives throughout transformation initiatives.
- Change Management and Transformation Readiness Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of change management and training strategies, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and tools across the organization.
- Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate strong relationships with functional units and geographic regions to establish a feedback loop on process improvements, tool enhancements, and areas for operational refinement.
- Performance Metrics Development: Design and implement metrics to effectively measure the impact and effectiveness of transformation activities, enabling continuous evaluation and optimization.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Evaluate and analyse data to inform business strategy and operational enhancements, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Communication Facilitation: Provide support for communication efforts related to transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment of messaging across various stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 6-12 years work experience.
- 2-5 years post-advanced degree experience in independently managing complex programs/projects
- Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
- Project Management Certification like PMP (or equivalent) will be an added advantage
