役割について:
私たちは、1年間の有期契約で日本の営業チームをサポートしてくれる経験豊富で意欲的なビジネスアドミニストレーターを求めています。
成功した候補者は、顧客情報の確認、既存のアカウントのフォローアップ、必要に応じて新しいリードの認定を支援するなど、管理的な営業タスクを実行する上で重要な役割を果たします。
このポジションは東京を拠点とし、強力なコミュニケーションスキル(日本語と英語の両方)と、グローバル組織内で特にコマーシャルチームやオペレーションチーム、外部パートナーと部門横断的に協力する能力が必要です。
主な業務内容:
- 営業チームへの支援業務
- 見積書の必要書類の準備
- 必要に応じて入札の証明書等の作成
- お客様からの問い合わせには、メール、電話、対面での対応
- 必要に応じて交換部品（試薬）の送付、また修理品の返送
- 顧客、ディーラー、およびさまざまな社内チームとのコミュニケーション
- 複数の社内プロジェクトをマネッジと支援。
- CRMシステム(Salesforce)内の情報を更新および保守し、データの変更を社内の利害関係者やディーラーに伝達
必要なスキル:
- 日本語ネイティブと日本文化に関する総合的な知識
- 営業または商業管理職での以前の実務経験
- 国際的なチーム内での効果的なコミュニケーションのための優れた英語力
- 商業事業運営と販売ライフサイクルに関する知識
- MS Officeアプリケーションと日本語のビジネスドキュメントに関する高度な専門知識
- 優れた組織力と、厳しい締め切りに優先順位をつけて守る能力
- 強力な関係構築、コミュニケーション、アクティブリスニングスキル
- 確固たる労働倫理を持ち、常にプロフェッショナリズムと敬意を持って会社とチームを代表することに専念する、協力的なチームメンバー
望ましいスキルおよび/または経験
- 生物学、バイオテクノロジー、免疫学、または関連分野の学士号または修士号
- CRMツール(SFDC)とリードジェネレーションの方法論に精通している
