As a Bid Ops Monitoring Specialist working in the Bidding Operations team at our Gurugram office (Hybrid Model), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Header Bidding ecosystem. You’ll be the first line of defense against performance issues, minimising revenue losses and ensuring system stability 24/7. What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess risks.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and HTML/CSS for troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring dashboards like Grafana or Tableau.
- Familiarity with case management tools such as Salesforce or Jira.
- Basic understanding of Header Bidding, RTB, and online advertising technologies.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with incident management and escalations.
- Knowledge of online advertising ecosystems.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Bid Ops Monitoring Specialist, you will:
- Monitor for Header Bidding issues, alerts, and incidents 24/7.
- Manage and resolve cases through tools like Salesforce and Jira.
- Track system performance using Grafana, Tableau, and other monitoring tools.
- Triage, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Demand Client Communications for timely updates.
- Proactively report trends and risks to ensure timely action is taken.
