Who you will report to:
The Head of Wilhelmsen Integrated Technical Services will report to Vice President, Services and New Growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall P&L responsibility of the business unit.
- Oversee resource planning, budget management, and personnel development to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Drive strategic business development (key clients and suppliers) initiatives and lead sales/commercial activities worldwide
- Develop new maritime technical services and implement Go-To Market strategies.
- Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers and engineers.
- Oversee contract negotiations, selection of vendors, and procurement of materials for projects.
- Provide technical oversight and support to ensure quality standards during vessel construction or modification.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective services to clients
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

10+ years of relevant experience in the maritime or ship management industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and classification society rules.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in project supervision and large-scale ship repair projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate sufficient business and financial acumen to manage and report project and profit center profitability

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with condition monitoring and the implementation of predictive maintenance technologies is preferred.
