Join LEGO Education International to lead our commercial strategy and execution as we build channel structures that enable us to reach more students, make more impact in global classrooms, and grow our business. This role demands strong strategic acumen, a passion for sales, and exceptional people leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the commercial strategy by leading strategic planning, mapping markets for growth opportunities, and onboarding key partners.
  • Implement strategic plans to establish strong, mutually beneficial business partnerships.
  • Manage revenue growth through value chain innovation, including e-commerce and partner investment models.

Develop world-class sales management capabilities through coaching and training, and create effective partner training initiatives to ensure market readiness for our evolving portfolio. Maintain partner management systems for data-driven decision-making and collaborate with LEGO Group colleagues for cohesive market presence.

In this performance-driven culture, you'll build and coach your team for success, fostering an open environment where feedback and excellence are standard. Focus on outcomes, using past experiences to enhance future plans, and model a compliance-first approach to ensure brand safeguarding.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in account/market leadership and driving commercial strategy.
  • Passion for channel management and business execution, with essential online sales experience.
  • Strong strategic acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and development.
  • Proficiency in digital skills, data fluency, and CRM.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work with global teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
