Role Highlights

As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for leading human resources strategies and ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives, especially in an environment focused on data and AI technology. In addition to designing and implementing initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent, you will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams, adapting strategies to meet the growing demand for technological skills in AI and data science.

What You’ll Face Every Day

Driving Talent Growth:

You will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, particularly individuals skilled in data science, AI, and other advanced technologies. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in the technology area and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates with key skills in AI and big data.

Recruitment Team Leadership:

You will lead the recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped to source, evaluate, and hire the best talent with expertise in AI and data. You will provide training and guidance to recruiters to ensure they understand the specific requirements of technological roles in AI and data science.

People Operations:

You will oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the smooth and effective integration of new technological talent, especially in AI and data science.

Wellness Programs:

You will design and implement employee wellness initiatives, with a focus on mental health and well-being for teams working in high-tech and data sectors.

Contractor Management:

You will manage contractor relationships, ensuring their integration into teams is effective and aligns with organizational policies, with particular attention to those involved in AI and technology projects.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Over 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in tech companies or consulting environments focused on AI, data science, or similar technological fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (certifications like SHRM or CIPD are a plus).

Solid understanding of data technologies, AI, and how they impact organizational structures and talent needs within a tech environment.

Experience with HR tools and systems, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, especially in the context of technology and artificial intelligence.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish.

Ability to lead projects in dynamic, multicultural environments, delivering high-quality results, particularly when managing teams serving U.S. clients.
