Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)

As our new Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a crucial driver of our global growth, responsible for leading and developing our recruiting team. You’ll set the strategy for attracting and hiring top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring we are constantly striving for the highest levels of quality in our recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll directly shape the future of applike group by bringing in top talent who will help us continue our journey of innovation, hyper-growth, and success.

What you will do:

• Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team: manage and coach a multinational team of currently 10 recruiters with different levels of seniority, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to ensure they develop into a top-notch TA team that every other company is jealous of.
• Active Sourcing Expertise: Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively engage top talent in global talent markets.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Work with KPIs to measure and improve recruiting performance, ensuring we attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including leadership and hiring managers, to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Define and drive our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Applike Group stands out as a top choice for top talent.
• Scale with the Business: As applike group continues to scale rapidly, you’ll play a pivotal role in constantly adapting and evolving our talent acquisition processes to support this growth.

What we´re looking for:

• You are located in, or open to relocating to, Hamburg to join our team on-site 
• Proven Experience: Several years of experience as a hands-on recruiter for both tech and business roles and later as a team lead in fast-growing, international tech companies.
• Business Recruiting Expert: A track record in building a recruiting team to successfully hire for Business roles globally (US, Europe, APAC)
• Active Sourcing Master: A deep understanding of how to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn.
• Employer Branding Specialist: Track record of effectively defining and marketing a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• KPI-Driven: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading motivated teams with 10+ members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Excellent Communicator: Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Innovator: Continuously innovating recruiting approaches, experimenting with new tools and technologies to streamline processes and identify top talent more efficiently
