Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a talented sales and solutions team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and solutions strategies aligned with Nearform’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture strategic client relationships, building long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding Nearform’s footprint in the Americas.
  • Empower the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities. 
  • Work closely with Product, Platform, and Data teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage partnerships and accelerators to identify opportunities to improve GTM motion and win deals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 individuals.
  • Ensure high team utilization, with some flexibility for Solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Develop and share industry insights through thought leadership initiatives (e.g., white papers, presentations, speaking engagements).
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, solutions, and marketing teams to identify and execute creative go-to-market strategies.

To be Successful in this Role

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales & solutions leadership role, which must include experience in technology consulting firms and a proven track record in selling custom software development solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, emerging technologies, and custom software development.
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • A passion for technology and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and grow high performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with building and scaling high-growth businesses, preferably leveraging mid-sized organizations
