Job Description:

Role Overview:   

As the Head of Product, you will lead the strategy and execution of our platform strategy and product roadmap across DTN’s multiple industry sectors. You will be responsible for creating innovative and scalable industry platforms that solve our customers’ most complex operational challenges. Working closely with leadership, engineering, and commercial teams, you’ll ensure that our product offerings drive business outcomes and create a competitive edge in the market. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses and industries, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Platform Vision & Strategy: Own the overall platform vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Develop a vision that inspires and aligns both the internal team and external stakeholders. 

  • Product Roadmap: Build and manage the product roadmap, making trade-offs and prioritizations based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and business objectives. 

  • Product Execution: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to deliver high-impact product features. Be accountable for successful, timely releases. 

  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Ensure the product delivers clear value to customers and solves key challenges.  

  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Make strategic decisions that keep the company at the forefront of the industry. 

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the product team. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Product Leadership: 7+ years of product strategy and/or management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver large-scale, complex products and platforms. 

  • Customer Focus: Deep empathy for the customer and an obsession with understanding their needs. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize customer insights from multiple sources, including primarily direct customer feedback and engagement, as well as support data, usage metrics, and market research. Demonstrated experience in translating these data into actionable product decisions that improve customer satisfaction and drive product development.  

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical acumen and experience working with engineering teams to design and build complex systems. 

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to drive informed product decisions. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. 

  • Proven Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously. A track record of delivering products from problem definition to product-market fit to drive business outcomes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with SaaS products or enterprise-level technology solutions required. 

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and low/no-code rapid prototyping environments. 

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire across levels of the organization. 

  • Experience scaling products from early-stage to maturity and end-of-life. 

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
