Role Overview

As the Head of Product Design at Enterpret, you will lead the design vision and strategy, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences that align with customer needs and business goals. You will play a pivotal role in building and mentoring a world-class design team, fostering a culture of innovation and user-centricity.

Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on Design Leadership

• Lead the design of innovative and intuitive product experiences from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Stay actively involved in design tasks to set quality benchmarks and lead by example.

Team Building

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product design team.

Customer-Centric Approach

• Champion a user-first mentality, ensuring customer feedback and user research inform design decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Advocate for the user's needs and experiences across the organization.

Strategic Design Vision

• Develop and communicate a compelling design vision that aligns with Enterpret's mission and strategic objectives.
• Drive the evolution of our design language and ensure its consistent application across all products.
• Design innovative solutions for new-age AI agentic applications, pushing the boundaries of user experience in the AI domain.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in design to differentiate Enterpret in the market.

About You

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product design roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, with a track record of building successful design departments.
• Hands-on Designer: Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to contribute directly to design projects.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating products that solve real customer problems.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business objectives into innovative design strategies.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
